How is First chocolate made?

Chocolate is the favorite food for all kids, youngster and old people all over the world.

It was discovered in 1828 by Johannes Van Houten who was a Dutch chemist in actual, he extracted the fat of the cacao fruit in the form of coco butter from the coco beans. And the taste of this butter was less bitter than the seeds. It was further combined with honey or any other sweetener to mix in some drinks which humans can easily enjoy and drink. This process was named after him as Van Houten process. It was the first method by which we can answer how is first chocolate made?

Then after sometimes, in 1875, a Swiss manufacturer known as Daniel Peters used the same method of Van Houten with some variations. He added some milk powder with the contents of chocolate and that gave the birth to the first ever milk chocolate. But still you are thinking how is the first chocolate made?

Chocolate is considered as the food of Gods. So we can say that it is in use since the world was created by God. But it does not mean that it is in real eaten by God. Actually the name of a tree from which chocolate is produced is Theobroma which means that a food of God and that is why it is stated most of the time that chocolate is food from heavens. Some people say it is food from heaven because it has many benefits about which we do not have a single clue and some people say it as heaven food due to its taste and relaxation and comfort it provides to mind and body.

If we talk about the written proofs about use of chocolate, then it is about two thousand years ago when people make drinks of chocolate seeds and eat the fruit of chocolate which is known as chocolate pods or coco pods.  The trees of chocolate are about four thousand years ago and imagine how good it is to imagine that you are eating a chocolate which is made by using seeds of the fruit of cacao tree which is almost four thousand years ago. The first tribe who used to make a drink from the seeds of the cacao tree was Olmecs in Southern Mexico about one thousand years ago.

But it is difficult to say that how it would taste like and why it used for drinking but the fact how is first chocolate made in the form of chocolate bar. It was about in 17^th century when it was given a shape of bar which is used as a proper edible. This also happened in southern Mexico and further it was enhances in 1840 which is the base year of the first chocolate bar. Two British International companies with the name of Cadbury and Fry and sons made effort together to launch extremely delicious chocolates in different forms and they are still available to taste and enjoy for every single chocolate lover.
