Is chocolate bad for you health?

Is chocolate bad for you health? Many people say that it is not good to eat chocolate everyday because it can create many problems for you. They say it because the contents of the chocolate with which it is coated or mixed are not good for health. But the chocolate in its raw form or without sugar has nothing to do with all these rumors.  Some people even say that by eating chocolates daily, you can gain weight and in fact again the story behind these statements are not related with the chocolate but the other things like sugar, caramel, nuts etc.

But if we talk about pure chocolate we can not say that it is harmful for health in fact before it was used in only candy bars, chocolate was main ingredient of many medicines.

Chemist used it as a caffeine compound which can help body to recover from several diseases and this is not the end, it contains many vitamins and nutrients that are very good for health so saying that chocolate bad for your health has no link with chocolate.

Yes but the chocolate mixed with other flavors can make you over weight and stressed. But if these chocolate bars are taken occasionally not everyday, they can not harm you and you cannot say that chocolate bad for your health. Anything you take in excess is bad for your health and usually the people who love chocolates consume it regularly and in large number.

They won’t mind eating five to six bars per day which contains so much sugar that can cause real damage to your health. But if you in take moderate amount of chocolates, you will not get any harm or side effect related to chocolates. So it depends upon our consumption that in which form we take the chocolate and how much chocolate bad for your health can be.

But particularly if we talk about the simple chocolate that is extracted from the coco beans is nothing to do with your bad health. In fact people of old civilization used them for making drugs and medicines and to cure many diseases. But after seventeenth century, the concept of chocolate was totally changed and it was converted to candy bars which people enjoy as a sweet treat.

People have no idea about how good chocolate can be without adding any sugar and caramel but it is very bitter in taste and that is the main reason, that people can not eat it in raw form.

There was a time on chocolate when it was completely out from the medicine and was only considered as the sweet treat but now again after research and experiments on chocolate and coco beans, scientist are coming back to get  advantage of the most blessed food of the heaven.

Coco butter is high in starches like other foods but it does not harm your cholesterol level in fact it is anti oxidant in nature which helps to clear the body by making blood pressure low and cleaning the arteries. But this property is removed during processing and milk is added into chocolate to provide it flavor which makes it unhealthy sweet food to eat. But we ca not say chocolate is bad for your health especially if it is taken in pure form.
